Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time) Location: Tetbury and surrounds Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6.30 am or 7.30 am to 9.30 am, Fridays: 6.30am to 1 pm/ 2pm (flexibility required) Salary: £15 per hour About Our Client: Our client is a well-established cleaning service provider, offering high-end cleaning solutions for their valued clients. They are now seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations. Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary of £15 per hour Permanent contract with stability and long-term prospects Monday to Friday working pattern with morning hours Flexibility in managing a team and arranging work rota Regular paid holidays to ensure work-life balance Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to high standards Plan and allocate work schedules, taking into account client requirements and staff availability Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional cleaning standards Train new and existing staff on best practises, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures Manage stock levels, cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally Monitor and report any health and safety concerns or issues Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff Solid understanding of cleaning processes, products, and equipment Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment Full driving licence and willingness to travel to clients' locations Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
