Job Title - Service Engineer Location- High Wycombe Salary - £35k per annum Hours - 8am-5pm and 9am - 6pm My client is a neutral rental company located in High Wycombe that provides lighting equipment to professional rental companies within the entertainment industry on a 'dry hire only' basis. The company's aim is to support businesses by fulfilling their sub-rental demands and assisting them in the event of equipment shortfalls. They offer high-quality equipment from leading manufacturers that are fully prepared, tested, and supplied in unbranded flight cases. All equipment is backed up by high service levels. The company's equipment portfolio includes a wide range of professional products from leading manufacturers such as Clay Paky, Robe, Martin, GLP and many more. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repairing equipment. The role will be located in High Wycombe.  Qualifications  Maintenance & Repair skills Troubleshooting and Field Service skills Excellent customer service skills Experience in maintenance Ability to work independently Electrical and mechanical knowledge Understanding of professional entertainment lighting equipment is desirable Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is desirable If you have experience and understanding of RMA service, warranty repairs, returns then you would be great for this role.
