Channel Sales Manager EMEA – Projectors, Audio Visual Permanent

With a strong partner and distribution network, this organisation is about to launch a new set of products to the EMEA Channel market: projectors, Audio Visual (AV) and smart meeting devices.As a Channel Sales Manager specialising in Projectors, AV, Smart Meeting Devices, based at the EMEA headquarters, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust channel sales strategy across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling projectors, AV, and other Smart Meeting Devices. This role requires a candidate with a very strong background in selling projectors, AV products, specifically within the EMEA market, plus the ability to strategize and lead from the front. Excellent leadership skills are necessary, along with the ability to collaborate with and support local sales teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities of the Channel Sales Manager: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel and eCommerce sales strategy for the EMEA region from scratch, to achieve revenue targets. Identify and establish partnerships with existing and potential key channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Work with Product Management, Technical Sales, and Marketing to ensure the correct programs and tools are in place to support channel sales strategy. Segment potential partners based on their expertise, market reach, and alignment with EMEA’s product offerings. Prioritise targets based on their ability to contribute to the overall channel sales strategy. Supports Product Management to develop a compelling value proposition that highlights the mutual benefits of a partnership. Clearly communicate the unique advantages and support mechanisms available to channel partners, understand their business needs and align strategies accordingly. Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to channel partners and local sales teams. Collaborate with marketing teams to create customer-facing materials, including brochures, case studies, and testimonials, highlighting successful implementations and use cases. Collaborate with and support local sales teams to understand market needs and challenges & support to achieve sales objectives. Qualifications & Experience needed of the Channel Sales Manager EMEA: Possess a very strong background in selling projectors, AV and smart meeting devices, within the EMEA market. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in channel sales within the IT industry Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region would be beneficial. Travel: This role will require extensive travel within the EMEA region.
