We are an Award-winning business, renowned for our luxury products Commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Norton Canes, Aldridge, Stourbridge, Handsworth, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Moseley, Lichfield and Tyseley KEY BENEFITS Salary: Up to £45,000 Dependant on experience Plenty of free parking on site Exquisite working environment Lunchtime Friday finish Recent investment Long established and stable business Top quality products Charity events Friendly, supportive team RESPONSIBILITIES for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Design and develop high-quality products using CAD software, primarily Autodesk Inventor Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications to guide manufacturing processes Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with our quality standards Uphold the integrity of our design and development work REQUIREMENTS for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred). Ideally, an understanding of metals, fabrication techniques, and machining processes. Expertise in Autodesk Inventor and familiarity with Autodesk Vault preferred but experience with other CAD systems will be considered Background in shop floor machining or hands-on manufacturing environments. Experience producing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical documentation for manufacturing. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. WHY JOIN US?
