You’ll be expected to take the lead on client meetings and work closely with the Partner team, providing high-level support and recommendations to clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional growth while ensuring high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and building strong relationships.Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance work.Providing advisory services to clients, including tax planning, business advice, and strategic direction.Reviewing the work of junior and part-qualified staff, offering guidance and development opportunities.Identifying opportunities for process improvements, driving efficiency within the team.Managing client projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Supporting the Partner team with business development and client management activities.
