The role is an ongoing temporary position (possibility of temp to perm) Shift pattern 4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off Maintenance Electrician DescriptionWithin the maintenance electrician role you will be carrying out all planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across the site. The role will require a flexible approach as you will often be called to carryout or support works that are outside your core discipline. Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo undertake planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks on Electrical plant, controls, lighting etc. plus over lap with critical plant To complete PPM’s in line with SLA and KPI agreementsTo complete H&S and compliance checksTo undertake small works and repairsTo update the CAFM system and log job status etc.To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely serviceTo support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines Skills & Background Required :Recognised professional qualification e.g. Electrical L3 with 18th editionMaintenance background in commercial sized buildingsMust be presentable and reliableBe capable of passing a security checkWilling to complete work across other areas of maintenanceAble to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externallyStrong planning and workload management skills with the ability to manage short term and long term activities to agreed deadlines
