Our client, a leading legal and professional services group, is looking for a Legal Technologist to join their dynamic and growing innovation team to help drive the innovation strategy and improve the way legal services are delivered. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical know-how with a passion for transforming processes.What you’ll do:Work with legal teams and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for smarter, tech-enabled ways of workingTranslate business needs into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency – document automation is a huge growth focus areaBuild and roll out tools that streamline workflows and enhance collaborationChampion the adoption of AI-driven platforms and digital assistants across the organisationCreate and refine guidance to help users get the most from new technologiesProvide training and support to ensure smooth implementation and user confidenceResearch emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on legal operationsGather feedback and monitor performance to keep solutions effective and relevantWhat we’re looking for:Strong experience with technology used in legal or professional services, such as automation tools and collaboration platformsFamiliarity with platforms like HighQ, SharePoint or similar would be advantageousStrong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creativelyExcellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a teamInterest in AI tools and digital innovation is a plusIf you’re ready to make a difference and help shape the future of legal technology, we’d love to hear from you.Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days office attendance in either Manchester or Birmingham.The firm are offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and good scope to progress your career with a clear roadmap for advancement.
