You'll work across installation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting, while developing a strong foundation in product knowledge, software tools, and customer communication.What you'll be doing:Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries related to product setup, configuration, and performanceEscalating more complex issues to engineering and product teams while ensuring clear communication throughoutDocumenting support activity and contributing to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guidesDelivering remote and in-person training sessions to help customers gain confidence with productsBuilding long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical contactFeeding customer insights back to the development teams to support product improvementsWhat we're looking for:A recent Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline)Some knowledge of programming (e.g. C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW or VeriStand)Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindsetClear, confident communication and the ability to work well with customersA proactive, adaptable approach - comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environmentDesirable experience:Familiarity with test and measurement equipment or instrument control standards (PXI, LXI, VISA, IVI)Experience with CRM or support tools such as Salesforce ServiceCloudThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to launch their engineering career in a role that blends technical depth with customer interaction.
