Fruition IT are currently working in partnership with a very well reputable tech for good organisation in Guildford. In this role, you will be getting involved in some huge upcoming projects as well as supporting any BAU.

You will lead the design and implementation of new infrastructure platforms, creating comprehensive documentation, and actively managing infrastructure platforms to enhance stability, availability, and performance. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing operational support and acting as a technical escalation point for major incidents.

What will I be doing?

Systems administration, support and maintenance of their global infrastructure (Active Directory, Hardware & Virtual Servers)Be an escalation point for the Support Teams & Junior Team MembersProcurement and management of hardware & softwareLiaison with external service providersDesign and implement enhancements to the current infrastructure

What do I need?

Extensive enterprise-level IT InfrastructureWindows Server and Desktop Microsoft Operating SystemsHardware Support Storage and Physical (Netapp, Pure, Dell, HP etc)Virtualisation - VmwareM365 and SharePoint ManagementStrong SQL experience is required, experience as a DBA is a bonusPowerShell for automation and maintenance would be beneficialPossession of relevant professional IT certifications from infrastructure vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco. Ideally, holding an ITIL certification with experience working within the framework.
