The business offers excellent progression opportunities and promotes a culture of autonomy and financial rewards for success.The Opportunity As a General Manager, you will: Have full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing Be instrumental in the setting up of a new business, a new business from a well known brand Develop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customers Ensure the achievement of your set targets and objectives Drive sales growth and company performance Be at the forefront of representing and growing your business Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: B2B sales and management experience Experience in the industrial sector, this can be mechanical, electrical etc. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities A proven track record of developing relationships with both suppliers and customers Natural leadership qualities Rewards As a General Manager, you will receive: Starting salary of £45,000 – £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience and possibly more for the right person) A lucrative bonus linked to your performance and that of your business A package including a car, mobile, laptop and healthcare Company pension scheme Do you think you have what it takes?
