We are excited to be working with a well-esteemed and forward-thinking independent surveying practice, which is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their dynamic office based in Oxfordshire. Our clients are seeking a minimum AssocRICS qualification, with experience in Level 2 and 3 Surveys. They are strongly focused on quality over quantity, with just ONE survey per day, supporting their staff’s development and ensuring they feel supported. There is a great scope for the candidate to progress and contribute to the long-term alignment/ equity, and success of the business. Working hours: Full-time Hybrid role (minimum 3 days in office). Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor: Basic salary £55,000 - £70,000 (option to have a lower basic, with a higher commission structure for greater earning potential). 28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays) with extra days around the Xmas Period Car Allowance Healthcare (After probation) Pension Scheme Support for AssocRICS into MRICS Status Residential Surveyor requirements: Minimum AssocRICS qualified UK driving license Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Level 2 and 3 survey experience (Essential) Registered Valuer Status (Essential) The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of: Conducting Level 2 and 3 Surveys (Essential) Valuations (Essential, No Mortgage Valuations)
