Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate StR Lower in Adult Psychiatry to join our team in Coventry. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience and training in adult psychiatry while providing essential care to individuals with mental health needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing care to adult patients under the supervision of senior medical staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor and review patients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed. Participate in educational activities and clinical supervision to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes. Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient care. Requirements: Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC). Enrolled in or completion of core psychiatry training (CT1/CT2) or equivalent. Interest in pursuing a career in adult psychiatry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
