Job Description Customer Service Unit Advisor - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Ballymena Do you come from an admin/customer service background and looking for a role within the Public Sector? Apply now to express interest in this role About the role: £13.69 per hour Monday - Sunday 40 hours per week variable Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing What you'll be doing in this role: Answering customer service queries via telephone, providing advice and guidance across a comprehensive range of housing services. Handling follow-up calls, and working in partnership with other to ensure timely resolutions and exceptional service. Completing general administration duties required within the role. What you'll need for this role: Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification* (Level 3) plus at least one year’s relevant customer service or general administrative experience Or Have five GCSEs* (Level 2) , or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years’ relevant customer service or general administrative experience Or Can demonstrate three years’ experience in a customer advisor role and can demonstrate ongoing learning through completion of relevant courses and/or through relevant supported work place or on-the-job training Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
