Duties

Manage programmes to ensure high level of satisfaction, progress, retention and achievement. Undertake research and CPD. Identify and implement strategies to aid in attendance, retention, achievement and progression. Maintain and produce requires programme documentation. Lead and manage the assessment process. Secure and contribute to a wide range of enrichment activities. Undertake task management of programme leaders, lecturers and technicians. Prepare and deliver high quality learning activities. Participate in learner recruitment.

Requirement

Have substantial experience the Further Education and Training sector Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PCET, PGCE or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Education) Have previous experience working as a Lecturer and in effective programme management. Qualified degree in Art and Design. Hold GCSEs in both Maths and English, at grade A-C or equivalent A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
