Make outbound sales calls and conduct business development activities to generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs and secure new contracts. Negotiate commercial terms (with guidance) and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
