Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day construction process on site Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times Carry out site inductions and daily toolbox talks Build strong working relationships between trades and teams Coordinate work schedules and ensure deadlines are met Take accountability for project delivery and quality Essential Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry Minimum of 1 year in a site management role Solar experience (desirable) SMSTS qualification (essential) Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly IT literate with strong reporting ability Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away during projects Benefits 25 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Employee assistance programme Two volunteering days Onsite parking and full IT provision All travel and related costs reimbursed This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company at the forefront of renewable energy development and play an important part in the transition to sustainable power.
