About the role:  £14.35 per hour Location: Coleraine 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (You may also be required to provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis) Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing Please note closing date for this vacancy is by 9th December 2025, however you can register your interest for other upcoming vacancies by applying today  What you'll be doing in this role: Provide a plastering service and undertake a range of response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties. Minor work outside trade where required. What you'll need for this role: Completed either time served or skills apprenticeship. At least 1 years’ post apprenticeship experience including. Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport. A form of transport will be provided to enable the post holder to carry out their duties. Flexible to provide an emergency call out service on evenings and weekends - rota basis.  As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
