Part of a wider investment group, this company sell a full range of home and garden products into Garden Centres and DIY stores across the UK.Their brands include household names that you or your parents may have brought home to use in the house or garden before, meaning you're joining a reputable brand that is still seeking new growth in their marketWhat would I do as a Field Sales Representative?Working as a Field Sales Representative, the first few weeks of your role will be heavily training based as you're given a thorough induction into the company and market.Once up and running fully, the day-to-day of the role will be visiting clients in person across Bristol and Bath. Dealing with store owners, buying departments and department managers, your role will be a mix of new business, up-selling, cross-selling and offering product training.There are a number of examples of graduates that have started their sales careers within this investment group and gone on to run individual businesses' within the organisation.What is the package offered?·£28,000-£30,000 base salary·Company Profit Share Bonus Scheme·25 days holiday + Bank Holidays·Company CarWhat are the company looking for?This is an excellent opportunity for a university graduate looking to launch a career in sales, with no prior experience required.The right individual will have a driving license due to the client-facing nature of the role and company car offered.
