Key Responsibilities Source and recruit top-tier finance and accounting professionals across various commercial and industry sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates  Develop a deep understanding of the local finance recruitment market  Control the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets by developing existing business relationships.
