As their clients needs and the regulatory environment evolve, youll encounter new problems to solve and new opportunities for growth.  Whether its advising clients on high-profile specialisms like corporation tax or leading the implementation of intelligent technology solutions, youll enjoy variety as well as stretch in your role. Role Our client supports all kinds of different businesses in different sectors across the UK and around the world. Youll be providing tax advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. Demonstrate excellence of service to clients and build strong relationships both internally and externally, act as a major point of contact within the firm. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients, in some cases using resource from a shared service team or via technology tools. Manage a portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection. Understand potential risks to the firm in relation to the firms quality control procedures and raising to the appropriate person. Counsel, appraise, develop and motivate staff as appropriate. Coaching and developing junior members of staff to lead a culture of team development. Support, train, mentor and advise others. Lead large and/or complex projects.
