Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Team Manager for the Referral & Assessment service to join an Authority based in Medway.Ofsted noted that our client’s relentless approach to improvement has led to the significant progress in services provided for children and families. Supported by your Assistant Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, supervising and supporting social workers in the management of cases, stepping in where needed to achieve positive outcomes for children and their families and ensuring the welfare of children and young people is prioritised. What we are looking for in an Team Manager: Previous management experience. You will hold a degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
