They are a medium-sized business focused on providing high-quality services and exceptional experiences for their customers.Job DescriptionPrepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes.Production of holding company management accounts: P&L, balance sheet & cash flow including consolidations.Review intercompany transactions, ensuring related parties contra the positionsMaintenance of balance sheet control accounts and development of process improvement.Month end journalsPrepayments & AccrualsStock & Deferred RevenueIntercompany AccountsAnalyse financial data to support decision-making and improve profitability.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and performance monitoring.Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders and partners effectively.Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes.Support audits and implement control measures as required.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Management Accountant should have:Ideally be fluent in both French and English, with strong communication skills.Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis.Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines effectively.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £47,000 per annum.Hybrid working model with one day per week in the Purfleet office.Opportunity to enjoy free travel as part of the benefits package.Be part of an established and respected organisation in the leisure, travel & tourism sector.If you are a skilled Management Accountant - who ideally speaks French - looking for an exciting permanent role in Purfleet, we encourage you to apply and join this rewarding opportunity.
