This is a chance to be part of a professional, supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a serene and inspiring environment.Role OverviewAs a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a wide range of treatments to the highest professional standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly personalised and memorable experience. You’ll play a key role in promoting spa services, driving retail sales, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities Deliver all spa treatments to a consistently high standard within set timeframes. Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Promote and upsell treatments, packages, and retail products to achieve revenue targets. Maintain treatment rooms and public spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Ensure effective stock control and correct product usage during treatments. Manage booking schedules to balance guest satisfaction with operational efficiency. Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills. Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism in line with company policy. About You Recognised beauty or spa therapy qualifications (essential). Previous experience in a spa or salon environment (highly advantageous). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Genuine passion for wellbeing and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Benefits £13.50 per hour, plus £1.00 per hour weekend enhancement.
