Following up on unconverted quotes, reconnecting with clients, presenting options, dealing with in bound both new & existing, up selling, cross selling. You will manage process and payments, sending out all relevent documents and liaise with all their insurance panel partners. You will have: Experience in insurance or financial services. (Opportunity to be trained further) Confidence working towards sales or retention targets in a telephone-based environment. Strong customer service skills with excellent attention to detail.
