Job Title: Client Services Manager Salary: £34k basic plus £4k bonus Location: Yorkshire Reference: J1950 Contact: Telephone: 0141 647 6688 Categories: , , , • Daily management of the Client Services Team to include but not limited to the following: o Stock lines are replenished in a timely fashion following procedures o Artwork proofs are checked for accuracy before submission to the client o Manage all bespoke customer requirements o Monitor stocking levels and overstocked lines o Manage quotations and ensure best buying o Ensure all orders are processed in a timely fashion and deadlines are met o Review high value purchase orders o Purchase order progress o Follow month end procedures to ensure all non stocked lines are invoiced, all PX charges are raised, backorders are monitored o Have a vast amount of Point of Sale and Direct Mail Experience in addition to Operational Print knowledge • Implement new print business • Identify areas for improvement in both new and existing accounts • Manage margins of both new and existing print business to meet the minimum requirement • Set objectives for the department and individuals through regular reviews • Ensure all standards and procedures are met • Must have the ability to manage and prioritise own and teams workload to meet existing schedules and tight deadlines • Implement the new Print Software • Must have the following qualities: o Previous Customer Service Centre management experience o Attention to detail and be totally service oriented and understand the “customer experience” o Ability to identify key areas for improvement and implement strategic plans o Effective communication and motivational skills o Confident telephone manner o Strong excel skills *** This position has now been filled, but has been left on our website as we have other similar vacancies to this on an ongoing basis that might interest you.
