Your Remuneration Package: A competitive salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience Generous 10% company pension contribution. Full Private Medical Insurance. Flexitime working arrangement. Finish at 1.30 pm every Friday. 24 days annual leave plus the Bank Holidays, increasing to 30 days over time. Excellent training and development opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing: In this pivotal HSE Manager role, you will be the face of HSE for a busy manufacturing facility, leading a small team. You will be responsible for setting the strategy, managing the HSE budget, and ensuring the site retains its ISO 14001 and 45001 accreditations. Whether you are presenting data to the senior leadership team or walking the factory floor to engage with operators, your goal is to ensure everyone goes home safe. You will also oversee the environmental reporting, supported by a strong environmental and administrative team. What You’ll Need to Apply: You must hold a NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum; a Diploma would be a bonus. Experience in a health and safety role within manufacturing. Budget management experience is preferred, but if you are an experienced advisor ready to step up, we still want to hear from you.
