The role will involve advising developers, contractors, subcontractors and insurers, as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts and professional appointments. You will also be expected to support business development initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in construction law, demonstrating strong experience in non-contentious matters. They will be capable of managing their own caseload with confidence, communicating complex issues clearly and fostering strong, long term client relationships.
