You’ll be joining a successful and close-knit family team handling a broad range of family work. RESPONSIBILITIES– Manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters with a strong emphasis on Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse work.– Handle a broader range of family matters including divorce, financial remedy, separation, and cohabitation disputes.– Work closely with colleagues across the family team to deliver high-quality, compassionate advice.– Contribute to the department’s continued growth through networking, marketing, and wider business development initiatives. ABOUT YOU– Qualified Solicitor, NQ+, with all levels of PQE welcomed.– Experience or a strong interest in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters is essential.– Legal aid experience not required.– Compassionate, client-focused, and confident managing sensitive and urgent matters.– Strong communicator with the ability to handle a varied caseload and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
