Warehouse Operative - Fulfilment Centre Location: Coalville, LE67 Contract Details: Full Time, Monday to Friday day shift, Ongoing work on a long term basis into . Our client, a leading organisation in the fulfilment industry, are seeking Warehouse Associates to join their dynamic team at their Fulfilment Centre in Coalville. What you'll do: Prepare orders by picking, packing, and sorting items. Assist in the inventory control process. Help maintain an organised, safe, and clean work environment. Use proper safety equipment at all times. Assist other departments as requested. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre is highly preferred. - Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 KG, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners. - Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
