With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and amitment to continuous improvement, they offer a collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise will make a real impact.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Loughborough office with hybrid working.Your new role As an Operations Support Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in deliveringplex installation projects with precision and accountability. Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure operational integrity, financial discipline andpliance across all project phases.Your responsibilities will include:Managing project lifecycle documentation andernanceOverseeing logistics, fleet and amodation planningMonitoring financial performance, cost control and invoicing processesReviewing RAMS, ITPs and handover documentation to meet client and regulatory standardsDriving continuous improvement and supporting team development.This is a dynamic role where your leadership and organisational skills will directly impactmercial success and operational excellence.What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will bring:Proven experience managing installation teams within construction and/or civil engineeringStrong knowledge of RAMS, health & safetypliance and operational standardsAbility to interpret and monitor project financials and support cost controlExcellentmunication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindsetFull UK driving licence.What you'll get in return In return, you will receive:Starting salary up to £50,000 per annum25 days' annual leave plus bank holidaysFuel cardPerformance-based bonus schemeHybrid working (2/3 days' remote per week)Family-friendly benefitsCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to progress your career with a growing business and more.
