The company is known for its focus on delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong client relationships.Job DescriptionManage a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients (weighted to personal tax), ensuring compliance and timely submissions.Provide expert advisory services on a range of tax matters, including tax planning and mitigation strategies.Review and approve tax computations prepared by junior team members.Act as the key point of contact for client queries, offering clear and accurate advice.Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and inform clients of potential impacts.Support the preparation and review of annual tax returns for a variety of client types.Assist in the training and development of junior staff within the tax department.Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client services.The Successful ApplicantA successful Mixed Tax Manager should have:Relevant professional qualifications such as ATT or CTA.Strong technical knowledge of both corporate and personal tax matters.Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a professional services environment.The ability to deliver clear and concise advice to a variety of stakeholders.Proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.A commitment to maintaining and expanding technical tax knowledge.What's on OfferA competitive salary in the range of £50,000-£65,000, dependent on experience.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive work environment with a focus on quality client service.Flexible working options to promote work-life balance.Located in Steyning, offering a pleasant and accessible work location.
