My client's team of chartered Town Planners lead on planning projects across the UK for national residential and commercial developers, public sector organisations, and providers of sport/recreation facilities'. The wider company has over 1000 employees spread across 20 offices UK wide

The Role:

As part of the team, you will provide advice at various stages throughout the planning process, including how to secure the optimum development for sites, consideration of weather planning permission is necessary, advise on project implementation, preparation of planning applications and appeals (including instruction of counsel), discharging planning conditions and advising on associated legal issues.

Candidate Requirements:

RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or relevant field of study. Ideally some previous experience in a planning role, either public or private sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
