About the Role As Assistant Headteacher, you will: Support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in strategic and day-to-day leadership. Champion our Christian ethos and inspire staff and pupils to live out our values. Lead on key areas of school improvement, curriculum development, and staff professional growth. Teach a KS2 class, modelling outstanding practice and commitment to pupil achievement. Serve as Subject Leader for Maths, driving excellence across the curriculum. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a degree. Has leadership experience and a strong understanding of high-quality teaching. Communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and inspires others. Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and the Christian foundation of our school.
