With a focus on innovation and sustainability, thispany offers a supportive environment where your expertise will make a real impact.Your New RoleAs Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations for a new-build emergency services unit in Northampton. You’ll ensure the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a site-based role (5 days per week) with occasional visits to the Nottinghamshire office. Key responsibilities include:Managing daily site activities and supervising subcontractorsEnsuring strictpliance with health & safety regulationsMaintaining quality standards throughout the buildCoordinating site logistics and resolving operational issuesReporting progress to the Project Manager and supporting delivery of key milestonesWhat You’ll Need to SucceedProven experience as a Site Manager on new-build projects, ideally within public sector, education, or healthcare environmentsCSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificationStrong leadership andmunication skillsAbility to manage subcontractors and maintain site disciplinePolice vetting clearance (required for site access)Enhanced DBSLive within an hour of Northampton or able tomuteWhat You’ll Get in ReturnSalary of £50,000 – £60,000Car or Car AllowancePension SchemeBonus performance scheme25 days holidayOpportunity to work on a high-profile, meaningful projectSupportive team culture and career development opportunities with a growing contractor
