Surrey, United Kingdom WA Consultants Full time

On behalf of a client, a major electronics company, I am looking for a highly skilled AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy a next-generation, web-based AI system that will automate and enhance key QA coordination activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an AI-driven system that: 1 Learns and internalises comprehensive internal Test Policies. 2 Analyses newly published Release Notes. 3 Produces clear, accurate, and actionable Test Guides based on identified changes. 4 Automatically publishes these guides to the internal QA platform. Role Overview You will translate complex, human-led QA coordination processes into a streamlined, autonomous AI workflow. This role offers both technical ownership and creative freedom to shape the architecture, tools, and systems used. Key Responsibilities * Build NLP pipelines capable of parsing, understanding, and extracting key insights from Release Notes and Test Policy documents. * Develop and fine-tune a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system based on the client’s QA policies to ensure context-aware outputs. * Architect the AI agent using modern LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. * Implement backend integrations enabling the AI agent to automatically publish generated Test Guides to the internal QA website. * Create a clean, user-friendly web UI for QA teams to review and, when needed, override AI-generated content. * Design evaluation and monitoring tools to ensure accuracy, relevance, and continued improvement. * Collaborate closely with QA Coordinators and Engineers to refine requirements and enhance system performance. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. * Strong background in backend or full-stack software development. * High proficiency in Python (preferred) or other backend languages such as Node.js or Java. * Demonstrable experience using LLM APIs in production environments. * Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Must have the legal right to work in the UK. Preferred Qualifications * Experience building agentic or autonomous AI systems. * Experience deploying AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with MLOps. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles. * Portfolio featuring projects in Business Process Automation.
