Apprentice Recruitment Support Officer required in Harlow, Essex MB-5230323 Apprentice Recruitment Support Officer The successful applicants will work closely with a consultant helping the consultant administrate all paperwork involved with the recruitment process. This will give the right person with the right drive and ambition to develop into a consultant themselves further down the line. Apprenticeship summary Support role for Compliance Officers / Recruitment Consultants and all staff based at the Harlow office on Edinburgh Way, CM20 2NQ. Main role is resourcing information by researching online, searching CV sites to recruit new talent, calling the new temporary workers found online and talking to them about registering with Sirona. Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Total hours per week: . Apprenticeship duration: 12 months. Start date: ASAP. Other general admin and customer service tasks are also part of the role including, answering the phone, responding to emails, updating the CRM system, collating data and figures for meetings. Desired skills Excellent organisational skills. Good relationship building skills. Excellent telephone manner. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Personal qualities Bubbly personality. Highly organised. Confident with a helpful attitude. Able to work alone and part of a team. Good telephone manner. Desired qualifications Minimum of C in Maths and English preferred but not essential. A lot of room to grow and progress in the company either in an administration capacity or as a consultant upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
