Role OverviewA leading North West law firm, recognised for its expertise in claimant litigation and consumer protection, is seeking a Paralegal with 12–18 mths’ experience handling PCP (car finance) mis-selling claims. You will manage a caseload from instruction to resolution, liaising with clients, financial institutions, and counsel, while supporting pre-litigation and litigation processes. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed 12–18 mths’ experience in PCP / car finance mis-selling claims. Strong understanding of financial mis-selling regulations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-care skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently. Proficiency with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim). Law degree or equivalent (LPC / SQE desirable). Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. What’s On Offer Salary up to £32,000. Hybrid working (Manchester office).
