Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the use and operation of the firm's accounting system Completing daily banking tasks Posting bills and authorising invoices Directly liaising with clients for payment purposes Assisting with the operation of the credit control system Managing petty cash procedures Efficiently managing work allocation and productivity Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): To excel in this role, you will need: Previous experience as a legal cashier is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Effective communication and articulation skills Good general knowledge of Conveyancing Law Attention to detail Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Technologies: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Accounting software (specific software to be provided) How to Apply: If you are a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to join a reputable law firm known for providing specialist legal advice, we would love to hear from you.
