Overview Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)Type: Full-time, Permanent Kingsgate Recruitment is delighted to be representing a highly respected regional law firm based in Newbury, currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Paralegal looking to develop their career in a leading firm known for its supportive culture, high-quality work, and strong reputation across the South of England. Key Responsibilities Support fee earners in managing a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, leases, and title reports Conduct due diligence, Land Registry searches, and property investigations Liaise with clients, solicitors, local authorities, and third parties Maintain accurate file management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Assist in managing caseloads efficiently and proactively under supervision About You Previous experience as a Paralegal within real estate, commercial property, or conveyancing Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong client service ethic and a professional approach Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred (LPC or SQE advantageous) What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression Modern offices in central Newbury with hybrid working options This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, well-regarded law firm and build your expertise within a busy and successful real estate team.
