Vehicle Prepper

We’re looking for experienced Vehicle Preppers to join a busy automotive site in Cold Meece. This role involves light refurbishment work on fleet vehicles, working in a professional, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key. The Role: Preparing vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, and priming Light filler work and panel preparation Prepping and finishing panels, ensuring all vehicles meet high presentation standards Working efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining quality The Person: Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or Bodyshop Technician (essential) Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences What We Offer: Weekly pay Company pension Free onsite parking Long-term work with a leading automotive company Support from Igloo’s recruitment and payroll teams Commutable from: Stafford, Stone, Eccleshall, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Cannock, Uttoxeter, Market Drayton.
