Their clients range from sole trading IFAs to larger IFA Practices who either use their parapanning services exclusively or on occasion rely on their support for excess work during busy periods. They are looking for an experienced Paraplanner, who can grow with the business, perhaps leading a team in the next few years.The Role:Research and Analysis:Conducting thorough research on financial products, investment options, and relevant legislation to inform the financial plan.Report Writing:Prepare detailed financial reports, including recommendations and justifications, that the financial advisor can use when meeting with clients.Compliance:Ensure that all financial plans and recommendations adhere to relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Client File Management:Organising and maintaining client files, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.Technical Support:Provide technical support on specific areas like tax, pensions, or other financial products.Business DevelopmentUtilise personal networks, active professional networking and any other channels to generate businessThe Ideal Paraplanner will have:At least 3 years experience as a ParaplannerStrong understanding and ideally qualifications in Financial PlanningExcellent client service skillsExperience with pensions highly desirableWillingness and the right skillset to grow with the business into a leadership position
