Competency in surgery is an advantage, but further support with this can be given. Rubislaw is a busy branch with a large client base where no two days are alike. The caseload varies from routine consultations and vaccinations to more complex cases that require extensive work-ups. Duties - Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose medical conditions. - Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient care. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each animal treated. - Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations with pet owners. - Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and wellness. Experience - Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - A compassionate approach towards animals and their owners is vital.
