With positive growth along with planning for succession and the future development of their Business Recovery and Insolvency service lines the firm is looking to bring in the right external professional who can lead the future growth of this department.Job DescriptionJoining as an Insolvency Practitioner you will be an established IP looking for a new challenge, relishing the prospect of leading, managing and developing a successful insolvency department alongside delivering the full spectrum of insolvency and business recovery advice to wide ranging clients. You will oversee and lead the team managing a wide range of corporate and personal insolvency cases, ensuring full compliance and delivering business recovery and insolvency advice on complex, larger cases. Along with the management team you will lead case strategy, control costs, WIP and bllings and oversee the development and growth of the department team.
