Our SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools and specialist provisions across Bristol are looking for calm, adaptable teachers who bring patience, curiosity, and a steady presence to the classroom.If you’re someone who celebrates progress in all its forms and knows that every pupil learns differently, you’ll fit right into these brilliant settings.What your days could look like Teaching in small, nurturing classes where relationships come first Supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, complex learning needs and communication differences Adapting lessons so every child can access learning in a way that works for them Working closely with TAs, therapists, and SENCOs who really understand their pupils Helping pupils feel safe, settled, and proud of their achievements What you’ll get from us Choose the days you work, from one to five Regular bookings in SEN schools that genuinely value supply staff Weekly pay through PAYE Free access to our online CPD, including Autism Awareness, Behaviour Support and Trauma-informed Practice A consultant who knows SEN and won’t send you somewhere that doesn’t match your style You’ll need QTS or equivalent A calm, nurturing approach and strong behaviour skills Flexibility, patience, and a real passion for SEN work Experience in SEN settings is great, but being open to learning goes a long way If you’re Thrive trained, brilliant.
