About the role:

Based in Central London (Hybrid):

Lead a comprehensive prevention, assessment and advice service for all applicants in housing need, ensuring appropriate accommodation is identified together with any relevant support. Comply with the Council's policies, statutory and legislative duties, and current case law. Provide strategic and operational direction for the support of vulnerable clients engaging with the corporate partners and other council departments to deliver an effective service. Be responsible for overall budget management for the services using business intelligence, benchmarking data to deliver services which are value for money and completing monthly budget returns and forecasts for the service.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

Extensive experience delivering a Homelessness Prevention & Assessment service. Ability to work across multiple teams and to deliver transformation and service improvement projects. Resident focus on delivering excellent Homelessness Prevention & Assessment services face to face, telephone, email, and written correspondence. Experience of working with senior management team, councilors, executive directors, external stakeholders, and partnership organisations

Salary: £600+ per day inside IR35
