Your RoleAs a Business Applications Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and improving business-critical applications and system integrations across the business.
You will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line application support, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver enhancements that improve user experience and business efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders, you will design and support integrations between systems using APIs, file transfers, EDI, and web services, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
You will also play a key role in driving automation initiatives through Microsoft Power Platform technologies, helping to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve productivity across the organisation.
Key duties will include:Providing application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for business-critical systems.
Developing and enhancing business applications to meet evolving business needs.
Designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between multiple business platforms.
Creating automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI-driven technologies.
Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Supporting a range of enterprise applications including ERP, WMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Reporting systems.
Maintaining technical documentation and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
What You Need to SucceedTo be considered for this role, you should have:3+ years' experience supporting business applications within amercial environment.
Experience providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line application support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
Experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms.
Experience gathering business requirements and delivering application improvements.
Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience integrating systems using APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, file transfers, or web services.
Desirable experience includes:Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, or other AI technologies.
Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments.
