Production Operative  Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Leading Manufacturing Business Excellent Working Environment | Competitive Pay & Benefits Potential to Earn £15+ per Hour Once Fully Trained We are looking for a motivated and dependable Production Operative / Machine Operator to join our specialist electrical and mechanical process plant on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on, practical role ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, working to targets, and being part of a supportive team. You will complete initial training on day shifts before transitioning to a fixed night shift (18:00–06:00, Monday–Thursday). This position offers long-term security, career development, and an excellent pathway to increased earnings following successful completion of your probationary period.
