Pharmacy Dispenser - Position: Pharmacy Dispenser/ ACTStart Date: ASAPWorking patter: 4 on, 4 off Shift Time: Nights: 9pm – 9am (12 hours) Payment: 11.5 hours paid per shift, which includes 1 hours of breaks, 30 minutes of breaks paidNight Shift Rates Dispenser - £16.52 PAYE or £19.00 Umbrella PAYE What you’ll be doing: Work Onsite at our warehouse facility located just outside Coventry, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) System to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatchRecord concise and accurate notes in patient records are requiredFollow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as neededEngage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role: Pharmacy Dispensing Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent)Right to work in the UKAbility to work accuratley and efficiently Team Collaboration What we offerA dedicated support team for recruitment, compliance and payrollEasy-to-use digital timesheet system24/7 support via a mobile app – access your rota, pay details, and messages anytimeWeekly payEnhanced pay rate for bank holidaysGenerous referral bonus program
