Take ownership of the Payroll functionPartner with HR on key reward and benefit practicesAbout Our ClientOur ClientGlobal organisation with a strong presence within UK and the wider EMEA regionOperating across multiple locationDynamic, fast paced working environmentEmploying more than 1,000 people globallyJob DescriptionPayroll and Reward ManagerLead the end-to-end payroll process for multiple UK and Irish payrolls.Manage relationships with outsourced payroll and benefits providers.Handle payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.Oversee benefits administration, company car programmes, and reward initiatives.Support annual reward cycles, benchmarking, and compensation analysis.Ensure compliance with HMRC and other statutory requirements.Provide accurate reporting and analytics for HR and business stakeholders.Drive improvements in data integrity and process efficiency.The Successful ApplicantPayroll and Reward ManagerProven end to end payroll processing experience, ideally across a multi site environmentWorking across multiple teams - HR, Finance and engaging key stakeholders within numerous teamsExposure to improving benefit offerings, selecting vendors and driving changeExcellent communication skillsStrong team leaderExposure to multi function structuresAble to commute to Maidenhead 3x per weekWhat's on OfferPayroll and Reward ManagerPermanent, Full time role at Maidenhead3x days per week in the office - free parking on siteSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annumBonus, Private Healthcare, generation pension contribution and moreGreat opportunity to work within a global organisationFantastic supportive and close knit team
