Our clients, a dynamic family of 5 living in St John’s Wood, are seeking a full-time Live-in or Live-out Nanny. The couple have 3 young children, B6, G4 and G1. They are looking for someone who is proactive, energetic and possesses a sunny demeanour - ideally a candidate who enjoys sports and participating in activities with the children. A typical working day will start at 8:00/8:30am and finish around 7:00pm. As the role will be a mixture of sole and shared charge, you must be prepared to work in tandem with the mother, as well as working alongside the family’s household staff – so it is key that you are a team player and can help where needed. Your role will include all your general Nanny duties along with the following: Supporting the children’s morning and afterschool routine Sole/shared charge of the baby during the day Assisting with the school drop off and pick up Planning daily activities and outings Creating a fun environment Light cooking/meal prep for the children when necessary – the couple would ideally like someone who has a love for cooking, although not essential Ensuring the children’s bedrooms and play areas are kept tidy - NO housekeeping duties apply Please Note - during the school holidays, the family tend to spend a lot of time outside of the UK and frequently travel to Europe and the USA – so it is essential you are willing to travel with the family (additional pay will be provided). It is a MUST that you possess the following: Have prior experience working within this type of role Team player Forward thinker Preferably English MT/Fluent English speaker Enhanced DBS Checked Glowing references Driving Licence would be a bonus but not essential The family are ideally looking for a ‘happy go lucky’ character to start ASAP and slot into their busy lifestyle.
